This showcases my experiences and interests since starting university. I hope to make friends with like-minded classmates who share similar interests!
Outside of research, I enjoy playing badminton, singing, and watching TV shows. I occasionally travel but rarely play video games. Below are some of my favorite singers, including Jay Chou, JJ Lin, and Jason Zhang. That said, I listen to a wide range of music—mostly Mandopop (because Chinese pop is truly top-tier). My taste in shows is also quite diverse. I like British dramas like Sherlock, American series like The Good Doctor, and Marvel shows such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., What If...?, and WandaVision. I also watch Chinese dramas like Lighter and Princess, The Knockout, and Blossoms Shanghai. I enjoy music variety shows too, such as Singer, The Treasured Voice, and Melody Journey. If you play badminton, hit me up! I’m up for men’s singles, men’s doubles, or mixed doubles—though I’m only decent at singles. In doubles, I tend to stand like a statue, and I’ve barely tried mixed (but always open to trying!).
Some of the major IPs I really like include The Little Prince, Harry Potter, and Marvel. The Little Prince is a soul-cleansing book—every time you read it at a different stage of life, it brings new insights. It teaches us that throughout our lives, we should keep learning how to love, just like the Little Prince. Harry Potter created a magical world full of memories—not just the thrill of a protagonist overcoming all odds, but also the heartbreak of lifelong unrequited love captured in the single word “Always.” I’ve watched all of Marvel’s first ten years of movies. That decade was a classic and shaped a whole generation's memories. I still remember finishing my mock exam for the high school entrance test and immediately taking time off to watch Avengers: Endgame—I was in tears. Sadly, I feel the recent movies just aren’t the same anymore.
I’m an INTJ and didn’t socialize much during undergrad—hoping to make more friends in the future!

I’m currently researching Embodied AI, though still a beginner. I previously worked on AI security, including adversarial attack, defense and purification. If you're interested, feel free to reach out via WeChat or email—looking forward to learning from you!
Looking for buddies for activities including but not limited to badminton, singing, and traveling
